| Event Description: | On October 9, 2009 Ecole Belmont Elementary School students were in radio contact with Robert Thirsk on the ISS. This contact took place at 1:18 pm Pacific Time and involved the whole school, Langley Amateur Radio Association, ARISS and other interested onlookers. |

| Report on the Results: | During this event 17 students were able to ask a question of Robert Thirsk. ARISS representatives, Steve and Lori McFarlane, guided the audience through the event. Extra time at the end permitted an extra question from Jason Proulx. All in attendance were elated and awed perhaps by what had just transpired. |
