| Event Description: | In order to celebrate the World Space Week, Me and my colleague, Georgiana Leontescu, organized a conference in our school attended by students passionate about space sciences. Students made presentations on topics such as space, space technologies and how it anticipates the future in terms of their use. Spatial projects and poster were presented, attended by about 40 students. Astronomer Valentin Grigore, president of the Romanian Astronomical Society of Meteorites, presented the results of the expedition in the USA 2017, dedicated to the total eclipse of the Sun and other astronomy-themed expeditions; there were also presented activities dedicated to astronomy that he will organize. The event was popularized on the Facebook World Space Week Romania page. |

| Report on the Results: | Students have confessed their satisfaction to participate in this event, which they have characterized as very interesting and useful; were pleasantly impressed by their colleagues' ideas about the future of mankind, and the importance of protecting the planet from the effects of various types of pollution. |
