| Report on the Results: | School science teachers were taught how to make water rockets first. Later, these teachers prepared their students to take part in the water rocket competitions held during WSW 2011. Water rocket proved to be a striking activity in arousing and developing students’ curiosity and extended the horizon of learning and experience beyond science. The students showed keen interest in the event and applied their scientific concepts to make water rockets. Students also came up with decorated water rockets made of plastic bottles and metallic machine-made nozzles. |
