| Event Description: | A 1.5 hour interesting, interactive and educational activity encompassing a talk, Build a Satellite and Satellite Treasure Hunt activities. The Build a Satellite activity involves building and operating a small satellite. The satellite is built with the same capability of a larger satellite, simply on a smaller scale, introducing participants to different types of satellites, components and their real-life applications. Following the teams will complete the Satellite Treasure Hunt worksheets using Earth imagery maps to identify landmarks and points of interest collected by satellites all supported by the Space Store team. 1.5 hour Satellite Space experience: £19.99 per person (based on 2 sharing) |
