Report on the Results:  Considering the fact, that the "HB9SPACE - World Space Week on the Air" was held for the 5th consecutive time, the interest of the radio amateurs around the word for our World Space Week contribution was still enjoyable. We did more than 1000 QSO (radio contacts in our language) throughout the world. This time, the propagation conditions varied from mostly excellent over fair to poor, essentially due to geomagnetic disturbance in the horizontal magnetic field, which affect the shortwave propagation. Our operators were on average QRV about 5 hours a day. We thank all radio amateurs around the World for the participation and the discipline and hope to meet you again in 2012, same period, on the amateur bands. Vy 73 es gud DX de HB9SPACE.
