| Event Description: | On October 4, the Corporate Communications Director of Azercosmos Aysel Soltanova talked about the latest trends in space industry, it is importance for humanity to a generic audience in one of the most viewed TV programs of the public television channel in Azerbaijan, Ictimai TV. In her speech, Mrs. Soltanova mentioned that many see space as something fantastic, inaccessible; however, this is an inseparable part of our (everyday) life. We look for weather forecasts, use maps/navigators to reach our final destinations and many other activities thanks to the satellites in the orbit. The main purpose of this performance was to show that the space is not a "rocket science" and to explain it in a way that everyone can understand and realize its importance and value for humanity. |
