Report on the Results:  Our students celebrated the World Space Week in two different ways: - the youngest drew planets and other celestial bodies in the computer classes - the students from VI’th, VII’th and VIII’th forms studied how a rocket can travel from an orbit to another, what it means gravity assist maneuver or gravitational slingshot and which is the Oberth effect. They realized how difficult it is to explore other planets and especially Mars and Saturn. All of them where very interested to learn much more in these topics. Coordinating teachers: Gabriela Balan and Corina Toma.
