Report on the Results:  Students at School Gheorghe Titeica Have Celebrated Space for 13 Years The topic of the year was Women in Space and the coordinator of the project in school, librarian Anca Mosoiu has come up with the idea of a unique title Female Stargazing over Time. As a result, she prepared some materials to make our students acquainted with some of the most prominent figures of women reaching space, or contributing to space conquest. https://www.flipsnack.com/amsc30/saptamanaspatiului2021.html https://read.bookcreator.com/WdTaYRdvHBdfma0miPkXAhoOoWo2/aBeVriBqQT6maPmd5NqVUQ To make activities during the week more fun and interactive children were given the chance to play on-line: https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=1cfa5b965f31 https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=2c28c115c2b4 Primary school students were involved in a variety of activities. - Thus, class 3B coordinated by Mrs Neli Dimancea described space in rhyming short poems and personalised drawings. “Good evening, shining stars/ Pieces of the Sun so far/ I wonder how many you are…?” - Their colleagues in class 3F coordinated by Mrs. Lavinia Casuneanu made models of the Solar System and presentations of curiosities about Space. - Spaceship and original space costumes were designed and presented by students of class 4E, coordinated by Mrs. Marioara Gospodin and class 5E joined by their class teacher Mrs. Veronica Hagi. Secondary classes were involved in activities during English classes- coordinated by Mrs. Adina Netedu. They created cartoons, stories, ppt presentations based on great women reaching space and discovering amazing things. Also, during the Art classes, students of classes 5-8 let their imagination run free and made amazing pieces of art, supervised by their teacher Ms. Constantina Lepadatu. The conclusion was drawn by Mrs. Anca Mosoiu, project coordinator and librarian of Gheorghe Titeica School- “ 13 years of project were not bad luck for us. At the beginning it seemed the pandemic would restrict our participation in activities, but we still found resources to make our students learn by searching and playing and creating extraordinary works. We are the adults giving them wings, helping them fulfil their dreams!” Virtual Space Museum: https://www.artsteps.com/view/61659f596d17a34a418c635f
