Event Description:  Hello , we are Gadrima Kindergarten and Primary School . In this report we will share with you our journey in the world Space Week 2020 event , that has a great impact and gave our students a great opportunity to learn, explore, communicate and discuss online despite the circumstances. At first , the event has been added to the site ( https://www.worldspaceweek.org/ ) .Then the topic (Satellites Improve Life) was announced to the students Via social media . More than one advertising poster has been designed to attract attention and a competition was also announced . An Astronaut2020 badge was designed to encourage student to participate . Students were communicated daily online and encouraged to search. They were also provided with resources and links to online scientific webinars submitted by astronomical teams and also the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, via Ien channel . We coordinated and hosted a ZOOM online meeting with Astronomy researchers to enrich students' information and discuss the topic of this year's event. Students are encouraged to research, read, and discuss with them their information . The topic of the event was linked to the school curriculum, with a review of previously studied lessons that related to the topic . Current space-related topics such as the 2020's Space Economy Leader Meeting and the C20 Summit were discussed. Also , The Kingdom's efforts to combat the Corona virus by using satellites were discussed, such as the Tawakkalna app, Tabaud and others . Animation clip and examples were shown, and students deduced how satellites have improved our lives. The satellite components, their uses and their launch stations are discussed. Also, various information was displayed, such as the first satellite in the world, also the first one in Saudi Arabia and the first Arab astronaut Prince Sultan bin Salman. An ebook has been designed on this event and also an exhibition using Sway. Links will also be included here. The event was also covered on social media. In the end, the participants were honored with certificates of thanks, online and through social media . We hope that we have succeeded in spreading this event and introducing it to others , inside and outside the educational community, despite the Corona pandemic.

Report on the Results:  This year we've got great feedback. During the world space week the activities went as they should. The students showed great interest in the theme of the event and how our lives really changed for the better after the satellites. They researched satellite issues and discussed with the meeting guests. They raised high-level questions and ideas. They translated their knowledge through effective posts such as drawings, photos and videos, as well as useful documents. I believe that the greatest result will be seen in years from now. I can see that there will be future astronauts among them, take a look at our event and I think you'll understand why I said that .
