| Event Description: | Take a tour of the Melbourne Solar System, for World Space Week. The Melbourne Solar System is a sculptural scale model (1:1 billion), of the solar system installed along Port Phillip’s foreshore, at distances relative to the real solar system. Project Director, Christopher Lansell and artist Cameron Robbins envisaged the Solar System to be experienced by walking or cycling the foreshore to understand the size and proximity between the planets. |
