| Event Description: | MAPP Education with support from Orbital Space announced the celebrations of World Space Week 2021 with a series of educational and inspirational activities aimed at youth, educators, parents, and space enthusiasts in the GCC and the world. The celebrations consist of conversations with leading women in the space sector, addressing topics like diversity and inclusion, and guidance and advice to young women intent on a career path in the space industry. The week will also highlight the critical place for space science communication, and share resources with educators on space education for emerging nations. Students will be invited to connect with the winner of the UNOOSA ‘Space4Youth’ competition, and will be given the opportunity to take part in two exciting workshops on Satellite Technology and CubeSat Mission. |
