The “Satellite Technology Ensuring Sustainability on Earth” lecture will present the sustainable development concept to understand "sustainability" before addressing the use of satellite technologies and their various applications in achieving sustainability. The lecture will also present some of the applications used in combatting global challenges and emphasize the case of satellite technologies deployment in managing disasters.
