| Event Name: | Shining the light on Astronomy |
| Event Description: | Two schools Primary school Pantovčak and Primary school Vjenceslav Novak have joined to celebrate the World Space Week. Event will start at 17:00h to 20:00h. It will include a lecture by our former student, amateur astronomer Lovorka Gajović about light pollution and her work and measurements in that area. Five different workshops will be organized for students that include making of astronomical instruments, the usage of Google Maps, solutions to light pollution and we will hopefully finish the event with observations of the Moon, Saturn and Mars. |
