| Event Description: | Celebrate World Space Week with us at the the 5th International Workshop on LunarCubes in San Jose, CA! LunarCubes are where it’s at in terms of a lightweight and inexpensive resource for lunar exploration. Even NASA has gotten on board and endorsed the CubeSat model as critical to the future of space exploration. Our four day workshop on LunarCubes consists of three days of technical presentations,heavy networking and interactive design challenges with a final day focused on Entrepreneurship in New Space. This workshop runs from Tuesday, October 6th through Friday, October 9th. But it’s not over on Friday as we are also hosting a weekend hackathon entitled “Hack the Moon” on October 10-11. Come for one day….or all of them! You can’t afford to miss this fast moving workshop on the latest research in LunarCubes . And if you’re a maker and a breaker, Hack the Moon is right up your alley.
