| Event Description: | Vital Nutrition’s Healthy Space Kids is an interactive workshop for primary school age children (4yrs upwards) with the main aim of discovering that good healthy food is fun, whether on earth or on the moon! Join Nutritionist Jane McClenaghan as she takes your little ones on a tour of an astronauts menu, shares ideas of how your kids can eat like an astronaut here on planet earth and shares the importance of a healthy diet for super kids. Take a tour of our ‘space stations’ to find out: • What astronauts eat to keep their bodies fuelled in space • Out of this world space food facts! • How to make your own Rocket Fuel smoothie Workshops are running at 1pm, 2pm & 3pm.
