| Event Name: | SPACE QUIZ organised by Center of Excellence in Space Sciences India |
| Event Description: | Schedule: 8 October 2015 at 6:30 p.m. IST. The topic of the Quiz is General Knowledge of space related sciences. Individuals of all fields can apply. Questions require basic knowledge of space. This is a team event. Each team should consist of maximum 3 members. Registration for the event shall be on-spot. The event will take place in two rounds - written prelims followed by finals on stage. 5 teams will be selected for the finals based on written prelims. In the finals, the Quiz Master will explain the rules before conducting every round. The Quiz Master's decision is final and binding. The organizing team reserves the right to change or modify any of the rules. |

| Report on the Results: | No. of teams registered for the prelims: 20 (about 60 participants) The preliminary round consisted of twenty questions including few star questions. Five teams made it to the finals and battled for top three spots. The highlight of the day was the nail biting tie-break for the second spot which lasted quite a while! |
