| Report on the Results: | Students were distributed their astronomy tool kits and learnt the use of different materials in the kit. They were then told about the significance of grids through an activity and were explained the different types of grids. The concept of a celestial grid was also introduced and the RA-Dec system was detailed. The children then themselves calculated RA-Dec of some stars on a Celestial Globe and also solved riddles using a sky map poster to assemble a Sky Map Frame which was gifted to their school. |
