| Report on the Results: | Space India conducted Astronomy talk with students of class III to XI at Harvest International School, Jassowal-Kular, Ludhiana in which various aspects of Astronomy was shared with them. Interaction with students held on October 7, 2016 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in which Students got to know many interesting facts about the only star in the solar system, i.e. Sun and Earth’s nearest neighbor, Moon. Students learned about prominent features of sun and moon. They also learnt that very safe methods are required to look at the sun as looking at sun unsafely may lead to damage the eyes. Many safe and Unsafe methods are discussed with students. Students were excited to learn about Moon and the mission sent to moon. |
