| Event Name: | Apollo: A Personal Retrospective |
| Event Description: | To celebrate World Space Week, come and enjoy a talk by Keith Wright on his personal experiences of working with the Apollo rockets and experiments as part of NASA's space program. Keith's experience explores the experiments and equipment aboard Apollo 11 to 17 which were deployed on the Moon's surface. It will include many previously unpublished photographs of his time preparing such experiment packages in pre-launch operations and some of the scientific results gained by them. Held at: Heywood Prep (School Hall), Priory Street, Corsham, SN13 0AP on 4th October 2018, from 7.30-9.00pm. Please note, this talk is aimed at adults. Young adults (15 yrs+) are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. There is no parking on site but plenty nearby. The hall is accessed via a flat path that includes gravel. |
