| Report on the Results: | SEHIT UST. TEGMEN HASAN SAHAN ELEMENTARY has led the WSW celebration in our region. In cooperation with local education authority, we have formed a WSW committee consisting of four school principals. Committee has visited 26 different schools to inform their teachers about WSW. Materials provided by TURKSAT A.S. have been distributed to these schools. Every one of these 26 schools had their school papers organized for WSW and space corners created to inform students. The national drawing contest Space Vehicle of my Dreams was also held among all of the schools in our city. On October 24th, our WSW conference planned with TURKSAT A.S. realized with governmental attendance. Interest for the organization was really high; we had to limit the participants as 15 students from each school located in our city. Local media have published the news of WSW celebrations during the week. We like to thank MR. CELIK for boosting our activities with TURKSAT A.S. |
