| Report on the Results: | The Inaugural Ceremony of World Space Week (WSW)-2010, organized by University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar was held on Monday, 04 Oct 2010 . Engr. Syed Imtiaz Hussain Gilani, Vice Chancellor, University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar was chief guest of the ceremony. The Ceremony was followed by a seminar on the theme of World Space Week 2010 “Mysteries of Cosmos ". The Guest Speakers from SUPARCO and Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad delivered lectures through multimedia and Google Earth on Satellite Communication, Remote Sensing Using Satellite & its Uses, Navigation Guidance & Control of Satellite, Robots in Space & Materials for Space. Various TV Channels and Urdu and English Print media covered the event. |
