| Event Description: | On October 6th to celebrate World Space Week we are holding free Jupiter watches in 5 locations around Ireland. At the event members of the public will get to see the largest planet in the Solar System through some of Ireland's most powerful telescopes. The watches kick off at 8pm in Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Athy and Tralee.Our coordinators will be raising awareness among the public about World Space Week and this year's theme - 50 years of human space-flight. |
