Event Name:  Exploring Cosmic Space Issues
Event Description:  The amphitheater room from "George Baritiu" National College will host an activity dedicated to the National Space Week. 150 students from grades 6 up to 12 will be present. The event will take place between 9 and 12 o'clock. There will be movie projections: "Iuri Gagarin", "Sputnik 1" and "The First Romanian in the Cosmic Space", after which there will be a debate about artificial satellites. The students will address questions to Mr. Dumitru Prunariu on his official website.

Report on the Results:  In the 10th of October, during World Space Week, some specific activities for marking the event were organized at the "George Baritiu" National College. The activities were coordinated by prof. Viorica Mandrut and Paula Chis. Students from the Theological High School also participated at the activities, together with prof. Luminita Varva. After the movies described above were watched, a debate with the theme "Pro or against artifficial satellites" took place. The students participated in interesting conversations and the activities were appreciated by the students. An exhibition was also organized with materials realized by the students.
