| Event Description: | Closing ceremony of the WSW 2012, showing highlights of activities in previous week shall be held at Satellite Research and Development Centre-Lahore from 0900-1200 hrs. Winners of the declamation will again deliver their speeches. Prizes will be awarded to winners of all activities of the WSW 2012. Closing of the WSW shall be announced by the Chief Guest. |

| Report on the Results: | Lt Gen (R) M. Maqbool Administrator TAC School was the chief guest of the ceremony. First three position holders of various competitions held during the World Space Week were invited along with their teachers. SUPARCO documentary and a sum-up presentation of World Space Week, courtesy of the photographer at SRDC-L who captured great moments throughout the week, was presented during the ceremony. Winners of the Declamation Contest were also requested to deliver their speeches to the audience. Certificates and Prizes comprising of telescopes and space booklets were distributed to the winners by the Chief Guest, who enthusiastically supported the students and encouraged them to develop their interest in the field of space sciences and technology. |
