Report on the Results:  1.Title: Journey through the Universe Organizing School: High School "Dante Alighieri", Bucharest, Romania Schools participating: High School "Dante Alighieri" High School "Ady Endre" Theoretically College Bulgarian "Hristo Botev" Participating teachers: 17 teachers and teachers Student participants: -6 teams of 3 students each primary and 3 students secondary school pupils; -the teams were composed of students from various Romanian and minority students in Bucharest-Romania: Italians, Germans, Hungarians, Greeks and Bulgarians. Students audience: about 120 students from participating schools. Scientific personalities invited: Mr. Alexander Mironov - writer, journalist and politician Romanian Ms. Erika Lucia Suhay - President of the Romanian Association of Education through Astronomy 2001 Type of activity: • students have solved a puzzle representing one planet in the Solar System, after completing puzzle students read description located on the back and identified the planet; • each group of students have written many a verse from "Hymn of the Universe", each line is written in one language minorities; • students have built an essay on the subject "Universe" in participating in minority languages; • journey "Little Prince" on the six planets formed and recognized teams represented by description of the planets; • build spacecraft; • planets dance. 2. The activity of C. Noica high school and Energetic high school had been coordonated by Daniela Cautnic. There was about 50 people students from Energetic and C. Noica high school with Dobrota Petrina (C. Noica); Dana Cautnic ( C. Noica); Sandru Ioan ( Energetic); Ana Stanislav (Energetic).The small spaceship lunching(powered by Oprisiu Florin- Energetic High School) was a success and everybody enjoyed the drama(C. Noica high school). A local TV News record during the activity, and also two students reprezent us on that channel. Everybody enjoyed the drama about the Solar Sistem and plus, they were suprised by the small spaceship. And yes, now we are totally inlove with our Solar Sistem. 3.School Name: Middle School No 1 Remetea Number of pupils: 44 Number of teachers:11 Activites: 1- Happy New Year universe 2012-Hand-made cards exhibition quiling tehnique. 2-Essay presentation. 3-Sience and tehnique-documentary film (abaut the space and formation of the solar system) watching. 4-Drawing painting,banner and folder Exhibition. 4. School name: “Timotei Cipariu” Greek-Catholic High-school Number of students: 61 Number of teachers: 7 Types of actions: The students participated in the contest where encouraged and tested them during various activities: 1. A drawing contest (students made their drawing at home and presented them during the meeting. They used colored pencils or water colors). 2. An exhibition of small scale copies (students used different materials (tins, paper, plastic, cardboard, aluminum) to make the Solar System, the planets, spacecraft’s or even aliens). 3. A writing section -Essays (only a few of the essays were read – the only winning ones, all on the same subject: “Me and the cosmic outer space”).
