| Event Description: | One of the highlight of the family fair shall be Glider competition that will be shown to the visitors. Souvenirs shall be presented to the winners at the end of show. |

| Report on the Results: | Glider Competition is one the most prestigious competitions in this competition fifty six (54) participants from fourteen different school/ colleges participated. Teams have to design and build a rubber band-powered model airplane predominantly out of balsa wood which they have to assemble within allocated time period. An introductory/ training session was held at the start of competition in which students were given demonstration of assembling. A panel of judges evaluated the assembling quality and flights perfection. The winners of the competition are awarded first, secound and third prizes. The winners of the competition are PAEC Model College Nilore Islamabad, Jinnah Education System (College Wing) Taxila Cantt and Roots College International DHA Phase -1, Islamabad respectively. |
