| Event Description: | Our school - The General Ecclesiastic High School and Lyceum of Neapoli Thessaloniki - has decided to participate in the events for the World Space Week 2012, performing on Friday 5 October a speech entitled: "The latest developments in the adventure of space" that will be followed by the relevant video. 2 hours. |

| Report on the Results: | An event entitled «The Great Adventure of Space" was successfully held on October 5, 2012, on the occasion of the World Space Week. During the event a slide show and a relevant video were presented , while Mr. M.Tsekounaris made a speech about "The latest developments in the adventure of space". The event was attended with great interest by the students of the school and the teachers' association , as it is the first activity over the field of Astronomy that takes place in our school and two more are planned. |
