| Event Name: | Emerging Satellite Perspectives for the Philippines |
| Event Description: | As part of the World Space Week’s “Satellites Improve Life“, the SGAC Team from the Philippines plans to organize a one-day event highlighting emerging commercial satellite applications in the Philippines. This event will supplement the recently held “Space for the Philippines” webinar series by furthering the discussion with particular focus on satellites. We want to highlight “novel topics” that are not yet common in the Philippines as a value-added to the agenda of the Philippine Space Agency whose current focus are satellites. The event will be composed of three key speakers and is open to everyone. This event will also be a lens for the international community on the Filipino space network to encourage networking and collaborations. |
