| Report on the Results: | The formal inauguration of WSW 2013 celebrations at Multan station was held on 4th October, 2013 at AU, Multan. Mr. Rahmatullah Jilani, Director Earth Sciences Acting (ES), SUPARCO, was the Guest of Honour. Prof. Dr. Shabbar Atiq, Director, Institute of Advance Material, Bahauddin Zakaria University (BZU) was the Chief Guest of the Inaugural ceremony who formally inaugurated the World Space Week celebrations held on 04-06 Oct 2013. The inauguration ceremony started with recitation of holy verses from Quran followed by the welcome speech of Director, AU Multan, Mr. Rahmatullah Jilani and Prof. Dr. Shabbar Atiq. The ceremony was followed by Quiz Competition and Space Walk. |
