| Event Description: | students of Class IX with NASA researcher, Dr. Siddharth Krinshnamoorthi. Dr. Krinshnamoorthi received his PHD in Astronautics and Aeronautics from Stanford University. He joined JPL as a Postdoctoral Scholar in July 2017 and works within the Ionospheric and Atmospheric Remote Sensing Group on developing remote sensing technologies for Venus. Siddharth’s main research interest lies in instrumentation, novel remote sensing techniques, and developing enabling technologies for planetary exploration and in this session, he discussed the importance of "Space Sustainability" and what could be done to encourage and maintain it. Students of class IX (Physics and Chemistry) had an interactive session with Dr. Siddharth. |
