Report on the Results:  Fourteen student groups, ranging from 1st to 4th of ESO (Educacion Secundaria Obligatoria / Secondary Obligatory Education) took part in the scheduled activities. The exhibit "De la Tierra a la Luna" ("From The Earth To The Moon") consists of a selection of 30 images which depict the history of human efforts in the exploration of our Moon. This exhibit is in constant update, and it reflects the latest events related to the Moon, such as the first chinese lunar landing, Chang'E 3, and the development of the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle, which will be used to return astronauts to the Moon, exploring near Earth asteroids and for sending the first humans to Mars. The lecture, entitled "Sistemas de Defensa Planetaria" ("Planetary Defense Systems"), was given in 12 sessions. It was related to Near Earth Objects (NEO's), their origin and impact risks in our planet. The Chicxulub (the "dino killer"), Tunguska and Chelyabinsk phenomena were presented as examples of impact events. The lecture emphasized the importance of missions sent to asteroids and comets to get scientific knowledge which will be helpful in the development of deflection systems in case any of these celestial bodies were discovered on impact course with Earth.
