| Report on the Results: | Celebrating Space Week @ GIIS Chinchwad The Space week was observed from 4th October 2014 -15th October 2014, in which about 500 students across Class IV to VIII participated in the various activities organized in the school to create awareness about space and its various facets. Class IV students created innovative masks of aliens belonging to various planets and introduced the planets they belonged to. Class V made a timeline to appreciate India’s MARS ORBITER MISSION’s success. Students from class VI made a travelogue to advertise the resort which they wanted to make on the moon while Class VII students decorated a bulletin board to show the life cycle of a star. Class VIII learners decorated display boards to show various constellations and narrated mythological stories related to them. |
