| Event Description: | ROCKET LAUNCH Firstly, the rocket design and the principle of the rockets will be teached to the students. After the lecture, the water rocket whıchis the rocket type in this activity will be explained.The main part of the rocket will be soda bottle which is 2.5 litre of the volume. The rocket will be launched at the garden of the school with the help of the principles of pressure.The students will observe the launching and the lifting. This activity will be done in four lesson hours. DESING AN ASTRONAUT SUİT In the scope of World Space Week, a presentation has been prepared to inform our students about the planned event. To celebrate World Space Week and to increase interest and curiosity about space, an event is planned where children will use their imagination to design space suits. The event will be held during 4-10 October. SATELLİTE DESİNG MCubed-2 satellite whıch is design by un study 'NASA Eyes On The Solar System’ website. MCubed -2 satellite which is designed by university students will be shown on the 'NASA Eyes On The Solar System' website.After the brain storm about the purposes of the satellites ,the origami cubes will be done by students for designing their own cube satellites. students will make researches for improvements of their satellites and a poster . this project will be done in two lesson hours. TOUCHED THE MOON This activity based on the texture and structe of the Moon. Students in the kindergarden will make a Moon model with starch and Water. Then, they will use baby oil for making craters. This activty will be done in one lesson hour. The event will be held between 4-10 October. |
