Event Name:  Space and Climate Change
Event Description:  World Space Week We, Tarbyh Namouthajia schools, have organized an exhibition Titled (Space and Climate Change) An exhibition in which we show everything that happens in space We showed our students a documentary movie about a space flight to inspire them. Informing them that, that the first space flight was made by the astronaut Prince Sultan bin Salman Al Saud, In 1985 ,Prince Sultan bin Salman arrived on board using the shuttle “Discovery”, , thus launching Saudi Arabia's march of Arabs and Muslims toward exploring and digging in the space. Today Ali Al-Qarni and his colleague Rayana Barnawi reached the International Space Station, pursuing the great setps of the Prince Sultan bin Salman. Such achievement is a great honor and a model for the young generation to follow and to look for. The Saudi astronauts are also a great motivator for students to learn about the space. Some students made researches on climate change Some others made models of the solar system and meteorites . And a number of students made a model of the number of atmospheric layers and their dimensions Also, it was interesting that some students shared that their dream is about going to space and why not being astronauts. Such projects help to ignite the hope and the courage within students to aim and insist on achieving their goals and dream.
