Report on the Results:  Objectives of the project: The goal of this project was to introduce children of kindergarten age to the basic concepts of astronomy and the Universe, and to stimulate their curiosity about the Universe. Through fun, practical activities and creative learning methods, children explored planets, stars and the Universe in an educational and interesting way. 1. Acquainting children with the characteristics of space travel (terms such as rocket, space station, mission control center, etc.), with an emphasis on the occupation of astronauts (equipment appearance, training, nutrition, movement in space). 2. Getting to know and exploring new terms related to the universe: solar system, galaxy, black hole, meteors, asteroids, milky way 3. Getting to know the basic characteristics of individual planets with special emphasis on the planet Earth. Overview of activities: 1. "Astronautica Vinka" - "Solar System" The story and introduction to the topic helped children gain a basic understanding of the solar system, space travel, and other concepts related to the topic. 2. Interactive role-playing game - "Astronauts in Space" Part of the room of the educational group has been converted into a space station and is a space where children can pretend to be astronauts. This game was an important part of connecting learning with creative thinking. 3. Creation and drawing of the solar system The children participated in a creative workshop in which they made their own models of the solar system. This hands-on approach helped them visualize the sizes and positions of the planets relative to each other. 4. Observing the starry sky A star projector was used to simulate the night sky. The children were encouraged to recognize the stars and constellations and learned the importance of the Sun, Moon and stars in our daily lives. 5. Songs about space and movement activities: - Astronaut (imitation of walking without gravity) - Space tangles like a tangled chain - the development of gross motor skills in children and the adoption of spatial relationships -exercises using props - a board with the planets of the solar system, scoring/adopting initial mathematical concepts - Eight planets - an educational song for acquiring knowledge about the planets of the solar system -The Little Prince - encouragement to verbally express your observations and conclusions -Moon Sonata - musicogram 6. Painting the Milky Way using a combination of different materials and art techniques 7. Telescope making workshop 8. Attempt to launch a rocket 9. Learning a foreign language with a project topic Results of the project: The children showed great interest in the topic of space, often asking questions about planets, astronauts and stars. Art workshops on the topic allowed children to express their creativity, while simultaneously learning the names and positions of the planets. Role-playing and interactive activities helped develop social skills and teamwork as children participated in "space missions" together. All the planned activities have been realized, and the study of the topic of space will continue and expand as the children's interest grew stronger over time. Overall, the project stimulated their curiosity and opened their minds to the concept of the Universe beyond our planet. Considering that the activities were planned and carried out in order to support the development of all developmental areas of the child, we can say that it had an impact on the overall development of the children who participated in it.
