The universe is your inspiration! 🔍 Space Discovery: Search and find fascinating facts about space! From black holes to distant galaxies, there’s so much to learn! No matter your chosen activity, you’ll contribute to a global celebration of space and science. Both ways we encourage and appreciate your contribution before Oct 10, 2024, 8:00 AM Our Activities included computer classes where students watched videos about space and drew space-related drawings using Micrsofot word- Microsoft PoerPoint- and Paint. Also in our science club, students watched videos, did experiments, and took photos. Kids went to the cinema room and experienced the space in 3D

Report on the Results:  Overview: Space Week at Alafaq School was a week-long celebration of space exploration and education. Activities were designed to engage students in learning about the universe, astronauts, and space science through interactive projects and creative expression. Activities Conducted: Photography Sessions: Students participated in themed photo sessions, capturing their interpretations of space. A gallery of student photos was created and featured on the school website. PowerPoint Presentations: Students created PowerPoint presentations on various space topics, including planets, stars, and astronauts. Each class showcased their presentations, allowing students to share their knowledge and creativity. Art and Drawing: Students engaged in drawing activities, creating artwork inspired by space themes. An online gallery of student drawings was published on the school website. Video Screenings: Short educational videos about space and astronauts were screened throughout the week. Discussion sessions followed each screening, encouraging students to ask questions and share their thoughts. Website Publication: All activities and student creations were compiled and published on the school’s webpage. This includes: A photo gallery of student photographs A selection of PowerPoint presentations (with student permission) An online exhibit of drawings Recaps of video screenings and discussions Conclusion: Space Week was a resounding success, fostering a love for space science among students. The various activities allowed students to express their creativity while learning about the universe. The publication of their work on the school website helped celebrate their achievements and share their learning with the community.
